Ma Po Tofu



Ingredients;


Ground pork 300g
Soft Tofu 150g cut into cubes
Lee Kum Kee sauce for ma po tofu 1 pack (80g)


Garlic 2 cloves minced
Red onion 1pc (small) diced
Leeks 1/2 stalk sliced thinly
Red chili  2pcs sliced thinly (be sure to take out the seeds)
Sugar 1tbsp


Serving-4


Procedures;
Saute ground pork in onion and garlic,
Add soft tofu and Lee Kum Kee sauce
Bring to a boil, stirring lightly until sauce thickens
Add sugar, leeks and red chili, heat through


Serves well with white rice......Enjoy......
