Chicken Pork Adobo




Ingredients;
Pork (250g) cut into cubes
Chicken (250g) cut into same size as pork
Soy sauce 1/2 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Garlic 1 head crushed and minced
Onion 1 pc sliced
Peppercorn 1tbsp
Fish sauce 2tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Bay leaf 5 pieces
Cooking oil 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup


Serving-6


Procedures;
Brown pork in oil then set aside
Brown chicken in oil then set aside
Saute onion, garlic in oil then add pork. Add water bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
When water evaporates, add chicken then soy sauce, peppercorn, fish sauce and sugar
Stir well then add vinegar and bay leaf. (note; don't stir when you add the vinegar) wait till it boils for 
2 minutes before stirring lightly. 
Simmer for another 5 minutes then serve.....


Serves best with white rice.....
