Spicy Garlic Eggplant



Ingredients;


Eggplant 3 medium size, cut into strips
Ground pork 100g
Tomato 1pc sliced
Garlic 3 cloves minced
Lee Kum Kee sauce for spicy garlic eggplant 1pack (80g)
Salt and pepper to taste


Serving-4




Procedure;
Deep fry eggplant in hot oil, drain and set aside
Saute garlic then add ground pork, stir fry until done
Then add sauce for spicy garlic eggplant, eggplant, tomato, stir well until heated through


Serves best with white rice...Enjoy......
