Pork in Black Bean Sauce





Ingredients;


Pork 350g cut into cubes
Shallots 6pcs skinned and crushed
Leeks 1pc sectioned
Ginger 2 slices
Water 1/2 cup
Lee Kum Kee sauce for black bean  1 pack (50g)


Serving-4




Procedures;


Boil pork in water (low heat) until water evaporates
Saute pork until slightly golden in color, drain and set aside
Next saute shallots, ginger and Lee Kum Kee sauce in 3tbsp oil
Add pork and stir fry until pork is done
Stir in leeks and serve...

Best serve with white rice....Enjoy.....
