Ingredients;
Pork 300g (shredded)
Leeks 150g (shredded)
Ginger 2 slices
Water 1/2 cup
Lee Kum Kee Sauce for shredded pork in peking style 1 pack (60g)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure;
Boil pork in water until water disappears
add oil and ginger, saute until pork begins to turn slightly brown
stir in leeks and sauce for shredded pork in peking style, heat through
serves best with java rice.......enjoy......
