Curry Seafood




Ingredients;


Shrimp (shelled and deveined) 100g
Squid rings 100g
Clam meat 50g
Crabstick (cut into cubes) 50g
Onion 1/2 sliced
Cooking oil 2tbsp
Leeks 1 stalk cut 1/2 inch
Lee Kum Kee sauce for seafood curry 1 pack (60g)


Serving-4




Procedures;


Saute onion then add all the seafood, mix well until they changes colors
Then add the leeks and sauce for seafood curry, heat thoroughly


Serves best with white rice....Enjoy.......
